Event Spotlight
It’s time for another event spotlight! Occasionally, we like to feature a wedding that we have recently catered so guests can get an idea of what their event might look like when they choose Rockwell Catering and Events for wedding catering in Utah Valley. Our most recent event was this past weekend for Lisa and Taylor. They held their event at Bella Vista Reception and Events Center in Lindon, Utah. This event venue is one of the best in Utah Valley. Besides being a beautiful venue, it also features excellent city views on one side and striking mountain views on the other. With all the snow we have been getting here in Utah, our Mount Timpanogos looked especially beautiful that evening.
A gorgeous venue for an awesome couple
Bella Vista Reception and Events Center also has some of the nicest, most helpful staff around. As we were setting up the buffet and putting the place settings at the tables, we noticed a closet off to the side full of decorating pieces that clients can use. It seemed they had things that would cover any type of style. We don’t often see event venues that make decor available like that. It really gave off the immediate vibe that they are there to help.
Easy breezy
In planning their wedding, Ethan had to actually tell Lisa she needed to be more of a bridezilla! She was so easy going and a pleasure to work with. It’s always nice when we have a client who trusts our experience. When doing wedding catering in Utah Valley, we end up knowing a thing or two. The menu
The menu that Lisa and Taylor chose was our classic Rockwell Buffet. And as it usually goes, people loved the sherry mushroom sauce. If we ever become famous, it will be for that sauce. It’s that good! And actually, if you take a look at some of our reviews, people mention that sauce. Besides the menu we provided, Lisa and Taylor also got a wedding cake for free. Their guest count was big enough to where the cake was included. Another guest at the event also brought some eclairs and lemon bars from Carol’s Pastry Shop in Salt Lake City. Those dang eclairs will go down in history! They are the best in Utah!
