Peanut Sauce

Recipe: Rockwell Peanut Sauce!

One of our most popular appetizers is chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce. And it’s because of that peanut sauce that people keep ordering it. Once you taste the peanut sauce, you will understand why it’s such a huge hit. This peanut sauce is sweet and the teeniest bit spicy and goes great with anything. Toss it in a salad as a dressing, dip with spring rolls, put it with udon noodles and fresh crunchy vegetables or of course, make your own chicken satay skewers. This peanut sauce will become a family favorite before you know it. Our recipe that we use makes one gallon, and it’s probably safe to assume you don’t need an entire gallon of peanut sauce. So we have pared it down to the perfect size for you family.
