[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]One of our most recent events was held at a private residence in Salt Lake City, Utah. This home had the most incredible yard with beautiful mature trees, a manicured lawn and colorful flowers. The event was put on by a woman who wanted to celebrate her husband’s 50th birthday. All of their friends and family were in attendance and it was a happy evening for the birthday boy. There was even a visit from Cosmo the Cougar from BYU!
The menu included barbecue ribs, macaroni salad, Caesar salad, fresh fruit and fresh Lehi Bakery rolls. We have our own commercial 6-foot grill and we brought it along with us to finish the ribs on. The smell was intoxicating! And you know that if you are having ribs, there needs to be plenty of wet wipes handy for clean up!
Dessert was our classic chocolate croissant bread pudding. This is our most popular crowd dessert. Pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you are in heaven! The birthday boy’s favorite dessert is bread pudding, so it was a no-brainer that our chocolate croissant bread pudding had to be on the menu!
The evening was completed with a soda bar serving soft drinks and mocktails. Everyone left the event happy and full of great food!
