Recently, we had the honor of catering a funeral luncheon in Provo. The menu was our Sunday Dinner buffet with braised beef pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans and Caesar salad. The hosts of the luncheon had asked us to come up with a menu on our own, so when we were told on the day of the luncheon that pot roast was their brother’s favorite meal, we couldn’t have been happier. What a wonderful coincidence it was! It’s moments like that that make us remember why we love what we do.
