Our latest event was at NOAH’S in South Jordan for Alexis and Ryan. Alexis had wanted casual tray-served appetizers and Ryan’s sweet tooth didn’t want to be left out. We were able to create a customized menu for them, making sure everyone’s tastes were included.
The happy couple chose classic tomato basil bruschetta, smoked salmon with creme fraiche on potato crisps and crudites with dip cups. As those were tray-served by our staff, there was also a dessert buffet filled with mini fruit tarts, chocolate mousse shooters, chocolate eclairs and oatmeal cookies. As you could have guessed, Ryan the groom sure spent some time at the dessert buffet!
For drinks, Alexis and Ryan wanted an Italian cream soda bar. Alexis created her own drink with lemon and lime while Ryan’s was coconut and raspberry. Along with the Italian cream soda bar, there was also a flavored water station with cucumber water, lemon water and strawberry basil water.
