From The Grill Buffet

Tri-tip steak with chimichurri sauce, grilled chicken with sherry mushroom sauce, roasted heirloom potatoes, roasted bistro vegetables, fresh rolls and butter and mixed baby greens salad with ranch and vinaigrette dressings.
